All goods are subject to availability.

Goods ordered may be subject to fees and import duties of the country to which you have your goods shipped. The customer or receiver of the goods will be liable for any such fees. Astons of Manchester is not liable for these fees, nor will we accept returns as a result of these fees.

We reserve the right to alter the price or specification of goods supplied by us at any time without prior notice.

All goods are sold subject to the prices prevailing at the time of purchase. In the event that either the chosen product is unavailable or the price has changed you will be informed before your order is shipped.

Postage & Packaging

The following charges will apply for postage in the UK, Europe, U.S.A. & Rest of the World:

UK - Royal Mail 'First Class Signed For'  =  £3.50  OR  £7.50 if your order includes any spirits

UK - Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' (Next Working Day)  =  £7.50  OR  £14.50 if your order includes any spirits

EU - Royal Mail 'International Tracked & Signed'  =  £11.50

USA - Royal Mail 'International Tracked & Signed'  =  £17.50

ROW - Royal Mail 'Signed For International'  =  £24.50

 

Delivery

We hope to dispatch your order immediately. In the event that an item is out of stock, delivery times may take longer, if this is the case we will notify you by email or your preferred method of contact.

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' in the UK. For delivery to be guaranteed by next working day, orders must be placed before 3pm Monday-Friday and 11am Saturday. Orders received after these times will not be processed until the next working day.

Orders for the UK should be received within 2-3 working days, orders for the EU should be received within 3-7 working days and international orders should be received within 10 working days.

Alternative methods of delivery can be arranged i.e. courier service, please contact us if this is required.

 

Returns & Guarantees

We only stock items from the most reputable sources, and the authenticity of every brand and/or manufacturer is guaranteed. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. However, if an item that you have ordered is not as it was described on our website or you wish to cancel the order, this can be done within 7 working days which begins the day after receipt of the goods.

When returning goods to us please contact us for full instructions, any item returned without consent from ourselves will not be accepted.

Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged at the customer's expense and a refund will be issued within 30 days of goods return. Please note where an item is not faulty original postage charges will not be refunded.

If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, you must inform us within 24 hours, whereupon we will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange or replacement of the damaged item.

We reserve the right to claim costs incurred to us from transaction processes i.e. bank authorisation charges.
