Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Cask Finish Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl / 40%) Our Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Caribbean rum barrels. The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky. Tasting Notes Aroma: Fresh and bright with aromas of raspberry blossom, coconut oil, Parma violets and custard Danish. Taste: Layers of muscovado sugar, iced buns and cinder toffee bound with lotus biscuits, nougat and coconut cream.
