Tasting Notes

Colour; Golden.

Nose; Sweet and fruity; rich vanilla aromas swirl around tangy cooked apples. Touches of ripe tropical fruits – banana, pineapple, and kiwi – weaved with honeycomb notes.

Palate; Creamy with intense pressed green apple flavours balanced by bursts of pink grapefruit. A gentle warming pepper begins to develop with undertones of chocolate and oak.

Finish; Lingering hints of elegant dark chocolate lifted by dry bracken and gorse.
