This single cask was selected for Pol Roger Portfolio by Kathy Wills. Kathy who's husband Anthony founded Kilchoman is the un-seen heartbeat of the distillery.

This is the first release of five. Each release will be chosen by a different member of the family.

Tasting Notes

Nose; Earthy peat and sweet citrus notes.

Palate; Rich fruits, sweet peat and spicy dark chocolate.

Finish; The finish is long and balanced with the sweetness and the smoke.
