Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl / 40%)

Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Wine Barrels is unlike any bourbon you’ve tried. Aged four to six years in new American White Oak barrels, we then finish the bourbon for up to six additional months in Port casks, imported from the Douro region of Portugal. This versatile flavour profile can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.

 

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts.

Taste: Vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate.

Finish: Clean and lingering sweetness with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades.
