Bunnahabhain 2007 Port Pipe Finish Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl / 55.3%)

Tying together tradition and innovation, this limited edition shows our skilled whisky teams passion for excellence, and their strive to do something different. Having spent nearly 9 years in whisky refill Hogsheads, the liquid was then transferred into Portuguese Port Pipes for the remainder of the time. The result is a cask strength malt, with a unique sweetness limited to 1650 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Colour; Deep rose gold.

Nose; Exotic spices, pears, rose water, dark berried, roasted nuts with hints of Turkish delight.

Palate; Rich dark berries, roasted nuts, pears, and soft toffee, with hints of aniseed, jasmine and middle eastern spices..

Finish; Rich fruit with subtle spice, long and lingering.
