Duly inspired by the Industrious Spirit of our founders, our senior blender finished this unique single malt for 2 years in organic oloroso sherry casks. But first we watched patiently, letting it mature peacefully at the heart of our historic distillery for 14 years. The result is a golden dram that offers heady notes of honeyed oak and chocolate-covered toffee. Deliciously distinctive and rich with tradition, this organic-certified limited edition offers a sweetly lingering finish in every drop.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Dried fruit, honey, toffee, with hints of sweet malt and citrus.

Taste: Dried fruit, with hints of toffee and chocolate, honey, rich oak, sweet malt and subtle citrus and spice.
