Senior blender Dr. Kirstie McCallum made the inspired decision to finish a bourbon-matured Deanston malt in premium fino sherry casks for the first time ever. For more than 2 years, our limited edition lay building character in the peaceful depths of our distillery. The result is a deep amber dram filled with caramel, honey and unmistakable traces of dry fino herbs and spices.
