Fanny Fougerat Petit Cigue VSOP Cognac (70cl / 40%)

Coming from 4 generations of winemaker and distiller, Fanny distills all of her cognacs on the family estate. Disitillation is in 2 passes. 100% Ugni Blanc. 15% of the batch is held in new oak for one year. Aged for 12 years. From the Borderies region.

 

Tasting Notes

Floral and citrus notes, with a fragrance of tea, wine blossom and honeysuckle. Finishing on dried flowers, white fruit and honey. To taste, this cognac has a light, round and fruity structure, finishing with a floral ambiance, complimented with flavours of candied bitter orange and walnut.
