Our first release in the Fieldnotes collection expresses the complexity and diversity of an English hedgerow, from blossoms to the berries and ripe rosehips, with a hazel and darker nut finish.

Limited release of 1,000 individually numbered bottles.

 

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Blossoms and rosehips with fresh cherries, jammed berries and cream, and hints of aromatic wood.

Taste: Baked apples, sweet and tart berries in a crumble with vanilla custard.

Finish: Hazelnut and chocolate with light tannins and rye spice, a touch of liquorice.
