Tasting Notes

Colour; Dark Gold.

Nose; Delicate and refined; pear and toasted coconut aromas highlighted by flowering fruit blossom and beeswax, rounded with hints of milk chocolate and honey.

Palate; Creamy yet spicy; striking chili infused chocolate develops into zesty lime flavours. Ripe banana, peaches and cream evolve into old fashioned rhubarb and custard sweets.

Finish; Long and lingering with hints of milk chocolate and honey.
