Tasting Notes

Aroma: Gooseberry and cinnamon caught on a coastal breeze. Then lime, chilli and black pepper.

Taste: Gentle smoke gives way to citrus zest, fruitcake and toffee.

Finish: Peak smoke ebbs into rounded malt and dark chocolate.
