Millstone Aged 5 Years Lightly Peated Dutch Single Malt Whisky (70cl / 40%)

5 year old single malt whisky from the Dutch master distillers, Zuidam. This expression has been made using lightly peated barley for a subtle hint of smokiness that goes very well with their excellent whiskies.

Tasting Notes

Nose; Creamy, malty aromas with hints of mixed peels, soft smoke, vanilla and butterscotch.

Palate; Peaty, oily palate entry with vanilla and spice notes followed by hints of toffee and honey.

Finish; Long, spiced, peated finish.
