AROMA WITHOUT WATER

Smoky and liquorice influences with fruity undertones and hints of pear. A fresh sea breeze aroma.

TASTE WITHOUT WATER

Sweet, with peat smoke elements emerging followed by hints of aniseed. Some hints of kippers linger.

AROMA WITH WATER

Butterscotch and pear, with slight medicinal notes. Reminiscent of a wooden fish box.

TASTE WITH WATER

Dry ash flavours balanced with salty brine notes.
