Ragnaud-Sabourin No.35 Fontvieille Single Estate Grande Champagne Cognac (70cl / 43%)

This famous cognac takes its name from a plot containing some of the estate’s oldest vineyards, on which are planted 60% Ugni Blanc and 40% Folle Blanche and Colombard. This balanced blend lends the cognac exceptional charm and the plot’s elevated status allows it to receive more sun; it is always harvested first. The wines are distilled and aged separately and have produced exactly the same style of cognac for four generations.
