Tasting Notes

Nose; This a sweet tropical dram with coconut, pineapple and banana aromas. The sweetness continues with toasted marshmallows and sticky toffee pudding but is balanced with a hint of peat.

Palate; The sweetness transfers onto the palate. There?s the velvety smooth richness of decadent desserts such as a tropical meringue pavlova, creme brulee, toffee apple and pecan pie, along with citrus yuzu notes. There?s also an earthy quality from the Springbank dunnage warehouses.

Finish; The earthy quality now comes to the fore and finishes on a gentle dry note.
