The new Springbank 25yo has been matured in 50% Bourbon casks and 50% Sherry casks and the ABV is 46%.

Tasting Notes

Nose; Initially parma violets and rhubarb custard creams. A fresh spritz of grapefruit followed by a malty honeycomb sweetness.

Palate; Maturity and complexity at its best. A rich and chewy palate with vanilla, fudge, tobacco and cured meats.

Finish; Oh yes, it’s definitely a true Springbank with those coastal and earthy dunnage warehouse notes combining with honey glazed ham and waxy orange rind at the very end.
