This 8 year old Peated expression of English Single Malt Whisky demonstrates the perfect balance between Peated Whisky and the influences of high quality ex-bourbon casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose; Sweet burning peat and ginger snap biscuits. Herbal notes, particularly thyme, sage and mint. A waft of parma violets.

Palate; Initially sweet on the palate, then dry, rich peat. The herbal notes come through along with the parma violets. A long, spicy, dry finish.
