Tomatin The Five Virtues Series ‘Fire’ Limited Edition Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl / 46%)

The second phase of the cycle is exhibited through maturation of this edition in heavily charred oak casks which, having been fired before previous use, were stripped then re-fired stimulating new, fresh vanilla flavours. Like devouring a sweetly satisfying baked apple pie with a light dusting of cinnamon. Creamy with some citrus zing, this edition is slightly dry with a delicate, spicy finish. 6000 bottles available.

Taste: Sweet apple pie with a light dusting of cinnamon.
