Foursquare Equidem Fine Barbados Rum (70cl / 61%)

Excitingly, this bottling is the first release from Foursquare Rum Distillery to contain Rum matured in ex-Black Muscat casks*. Specifically, it is a blend of two aged Rums: a dual-maturation comprising a five-year-old ex-Bourbon cask that enjoyed a further nine years in an ex-Black Muscat cask. This dual-maturation was further blended with a fourteen-year-old ex-Bourbon cask-matured Rum.

Presented at 61% ABV, EQUIDEM is an excellent Rum that delivers on all levels. A complex nose, silky mouthfeel and warm, lingering finish.
