Description

Matured in an American oak bourbon cask this rare and unique Single Malt is a clean and nutty with a lingering smoky maltiness. There’s lots of sweet barley and fruit on the front of the palate leading into vanilla and citrus notes, and a long even honeyed finish. Great balance.

Hand crafted to perfection in a boutique copper pot, this Australian Single Malt Whisky is created from renowned Tasmanian barley, double distilled with the world’s purest wilderness water from the pristine rain-forests & mountains around Hobart.
