Tasting Notes

Colour; Dark Gold.

Nose; Freshly brewed creme coffee accompanies sweet hazelnut biscotti. Hints of granola with dried red apple and flaked almonds then give way to cereal undertones. A delicate floral top note remains throughout.

Palate; Flavours of crystallised ginger biscuits pair with stewed apple and sweet dulce de leche. Delicate and warming aromatic spice transforms into slightly drying ripe gooseberries.

Finish; Oily with subtle oak tones and slightly drying edge.
