BenRiach 2005 Cask No. 5278 (UK Exclusive) Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl / 56.4%)

For each Cask Bottling, the Master Blender specially selects a cask which shows exceptional taste and character; individual, rounded and full of personality. Each bottling is an exclusive limited release, bottled from a single cask, showcasing the unique character of BenRiach distillery and the flavour influence of the particular wood type on our smooth, Speyside spirit.

Each bottle is individually hand numbered, non chill-filtered and of a natural colour. Due to the distinct nature of each cask, an expression chosen as a cask bottling cannot be recreated; each cask reflects a moment in time, captured in history.

 

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Gold.

Aroma: Sticky toffee, plum pudding, apple, and malt.

Taste: Soft yellow plum with orange jam and apple turnover.
