And in the tiny scullery stood the Belfast sink (aka the Jawbox as a lot of craic was heard around it). And it still is with this terrific Gin named after the Belfast Sink.

Jawbox Gin is Ireland’s first single estate Belfast Cut gin. A classic dry gin that is produced at the Echlinville Distillery in Kircubbin, Northern Ireland. Hand crafted under the watchful eye of the Jawbox founder Gerry White.

Tasting Notes

Nose; Big, bold juniper and pine notes balanced with coriander and clean citrus.

Palate; Classic gin that becomes more complex on the palate. Starts with citrus and juniper developing into pepper, green angelica and subtle rootiness.

Finish; Citrus with lingering juniper and pine with the quiet complexity of the supporting cast.
