A rye whiskey from Dutch producer Zuidam, obsessed with the number 100. It?s 100% rye, 100 months old and is bottled at 100 Proof US (50% ABV).

 

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Quite sweet and perfumed nose with plenty of oak, followed by some pungent, youthful, dark rye spice.

Taste: Soft and toffeed. Light, earthy rye spice appears on the middle.

Finish: Medium length with more rye coming through.
